DVTimeEye is an extension for Microsoft Windows Explorer which allows you view DV-AVI video clip(NTSC/PAL) meta date code easily from Windows Explorer.

Goal:

• Initial Windows Shell Extension Hellow World has been written. I'm using VC7/IDE2003 plus ATL for COM.
